Grip
Training is a DCH TRAINING concept lesson that has become popular in sports clubs in Latvia and around the world. GRIP is a challenging and intense strength training with a barbell, accompanied by music, which develops muscle strength and endurance. The structure of the lesson is specially designed to evenly develop all muscle groups and create an expressive relief of the body. Individually adjustable weight turns GRIP into a physical challenge for both experienced gymnasts and those who have recently started exercising.

HOW DOES THE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM WORK?
HOW DOES THE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM WORK?
1. Make payment online or in person for the selected subscription period.
SUBSCRIPTION TYPES:
- FULL TIME (NO TIME LIMITS)
- TIME OF THE DAY (WEEKDAYS UNTIL 3:00 PM, WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS WITHOUT TIME LIMITATION)
- 10 TIMES SUBSCRIPTION (VALID FOR 2 MONTHS)
- "YOUTH SUBSCRIPTION" (UNTIL THE AGE OF 17)
2. Visit the club in person and contact the reception staff. In order to enter the fitness club, you will need to fill out the following contract: Contract Step Up Fitness.
3. After signing the contract, you will need to create an entrance card for €5.00, which you can use for the entire subscription period as an entrance and locker key.
