Step Up Fitness SIA, REG. NR. 40203475499, JUR. ADRESE Jelgavas nov., Vircavas pag., "Jaunmuiža", LV-3037, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store," provides the content available on the website and offers products/services in accordance with the following Terms of Use.

1. General Provisions

If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulations "Rules for Distance Contracts," etc.

2. Making a Purchase

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total order cost with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make a purchase to complete the order.

3. Payment Terms

The currency of settlement on the site is euro. Purchases can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods, provided by the payment platform [link to makecommerce.lv], Maksekeskus AS:

    • Latvian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
    • Estonian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
    • Lithuanian online banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
    • Finnish online banking payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.

Personal data required for payment processing is provided to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for some reason it is impossible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.

4. Processing of the Buyer's Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.

The online store provides personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.

If you have expressly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may from time to time contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address that you provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The buyer has the opportunity to unsubscribe from marketing communications by notifying us in writing to info@stepupfitness.lv

5. Dispute Resolution Procedure

In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual discussions or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussions or correspondence, the parties shall resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be submitted for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to apply to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
